The Legal Analyst team in Brisbane is the core of the Advanced Solutions team of Ashurst Advance. Our Access Ashurst programme has been designed to increase access to law for young people from low socio-economic backgrounds. The programme provides students with the opportunity to take part in 2 weeks of paid work experience and skills workshops in the summer of year 12, while receiving mentor support throughout their final year of study.
Our Access Law programme aims to increase socio-economic diversity in the legal profession and is targeted at penultimate and final year secondary school students studying in the UK. Through a range of interactive panel discussions, students will learn more about what a career in law entails, be provided the skills and knowledge needed to navigate law firm recruitment processes, and learn tips for thriving at university and/or in the world of law.
