Benedikt has extensive experience in the areas of private equity and private M&A.
Benedikt advises German and international clients on acquisitions and divestitures and on all related matters including restructurings and carve-outs. He advises private equity investors in all stages of an investment cycle, from the acquisition of the target company to the exit as well as on management participations.
Benedikt has particular expertise in the chemical, medical devices and automotive sectors. He also has broad experience in the renewables sector where he advises on corporate aspects as a member of the resources & infrastructure team.
