Doug specialises in infrastructure and project finance including PFI/PPP. He has advised lenders, sponsors and export credit agencies on projects in Australia and Asia across a wide range of sectors including mining, resources infrastructure, oil and gas, power and utilities, transport, water and health.
Doug has a deep understanding of the issues relevant to sponsors and financiers on the financing of projects including the structure of debt funding arrangements, bankability of project documents, intercreditor arrangements between creditor groups and tripartite arrangements with third parties. He also has considerable experience advising on large projects with multi-source financing solutions raising funds from the commercial bank debt market, domestic and international bond markets, investment funds market, export credit agencies and governments and long term derivatives and advising on the intercreditor arrangements between different creditor groups.
