Felicity advises clients on multi-faceted procurement for business process and technology transformation projects, large-scale outsourcing transactions, systems development and integration, software licensing, hardware procurement and support, various As a Service arrangements and due diligence and intellectual property matters in the public and private sectors.
Felicity has expensive experience advising on procurement planning, strategy, structure and preparation, as well as negotiation and management of contracts. She is especially experienced in QITC transactions in Queensland, including as part of in-house legal team in a previous role.
Felicity also advises on data protection and information privacy issues and cyber preparedness and data breach incident response under Federal and State and Territory regimes.
