Ivan is a structured finance and capital markets expert focussing on advising banks and companies, particularly in relation to specialty finance, true sale securitisation transactions in respect of various asset classes, including auto loans, leases, consumer finance, NPL and trade receivables as well as loan portfolio transfer transactions.
Further, he advises on derivatives and regulatory matters in connection with structured finance and securitisation transactions.
