Lucinda has significant experience in large and complex disputes, with particular experience in regulatory investigations and disputes, compliance investigations and class actions.
Lucinda acts for a wide range of clients, including in the financial services, energy and transport industries. Lucinda was part of the senior leadership team acting for ANZ in the Royal Commission into Misconduct in the Banking, Superannuation and Financial Services Industry and, most recently, has acted on a range of ASIC investigations and proceedings against a number of Australian and international clients.
