His experience spans a wide range of corporate and securities transactions, including takeovers, schemes of arrangement, acquisitions and disposals, capital raisings, private equity investments, joint ventures, corporate governance and continuing Listing Rules obligations.
Murray's area of specialist expertise lies in providing corporate advice on infrastructure projects, and acting on mergers and acquisitions in the infrastructure sector. He is also highly active in advising Chinese outbound investors on their Australian investments across a wide range of sectors.
