Simon's practice focuses on resources and energy, mergers and acquisitions, and major projects. He advises on significant and complex national and international projects, acquisitions and divestitures, strategic investments, joint ventures and general corporate matters. He is also experienced in advising on the finance side of projects, structured financings and various corporate restructuring activities around the world.
Simon has a broad career background in different jurisdictions, areas of law and commercial environments. He has practised in Australia, London, Asia and the US, and has worked on major international projects from Europe to the Middle East. His clients include international resource, energy, telecommunications, biotechnology and engineering companies, as well as international banks and lender groups.
He assists clients manage and deliver complex projects by anticipating issues and providing clear practical advice and commercial solutions.
