Andrew specialises in public mergers and acquisitions, and equity capital markets transactions for ASX-listed companies. Andrew's M&A experience includes off-market takeovers, schemes of arrangement and trust schemes for ASX-listed companies and investment funds, and his ECM experience includes IPOs, rights issues and offers of hybrid securities.
Recently, Andrew has acted in a number of high-profile M&A and ECM transactions across a number of sectors including finance, real estate, industrials and gaming.
Andrew regularly advises on issues under the Corporations Act and the ASX listing rules for the ongoing management of ASX-listed public companies. He has also advised on private commercial transactions including acquisitions of unlisted companies or businesses and private equity investments.
Andrew was recognised in the Legal 500 (2017) as a Next Generation Lawyer in Capital Markets.
