Chris has over 25 years of experience across Financial Services, Telecommunications, Transport and Defence. Chris has a strong track record in resolving complex regulatory, conduct, compliance and risk related matters, including the large-scale remediation of customers and responses to ongoing regulatory investigations resulting from issues examined at the Royal Commission into Misconduct in Financial Services for one of Australia's leading Wealth Management Providers. Chris is experienced in working across government, regulators and industry bodies in the shaping of financial services policy and regulation to improve client outcomes and reduce the cost and complexity of implementation. Chris has deep expertise in the field of project & program management and is a member of the University of Sydney Project Management Program Advisory Group, the Global Alliance for Project Performance Standards (Thought Leadership Group) and a former director of the Project Management Institute’s NSW chapter.
