Kate is Ashurst's global Head of Legal Project Management (LPM) and Legal Process Improvement (LPI). Kate's team is a key part of Ashurst's legal service efficiency platform, Ashurst Advance, and delivers project management and process solutions to drive efficiency across all types of legal matters.
With over fourteen years' experience in the professional services industry, Kate is experienced in strategic analysis and process design, assisting clients to select and implement the most appropriate strategic legal solutions. She is passionate about using a variety of techniques to deliver performance improvement, and implementing lasting change for her clients.
Kate is PMP, Prince2, Lean Six Sigma and Agile certified and is a qualified change management practitioner.
