Kirsty regularly advises top tier financial institutions, funds and corporate borrowers on domestic and cross-border financing transactions, with a focus on investment grade financing transactions for FTSE100 and FTSE250 corporates, including event-driven financings and sustainability-linked loans. She also has experience advising financial advisers on public M&A financings.
Kirsty specialises in advising financial institutions and funds on funds finance transactions, as well as advising on the Lloyd's of London insurance market, including complex regulatory capital facilities.
Kirsty has spent time on client secondments with NatWest and Société Générale.
Kirsty is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. She is qualified to practise in England and Wales and Hong Kong.
