Mohamad is an employment specialist working on contentious and non-contentious matters. He works across the full spectrum of workplace relations areas, including unfair dismissal, general protections, discrimination, bullying and harassment, investigations, termination of employment, employment aspects of transfer of business, and restraint of trade.
Mohamad regularly provides public and private sector clients with strategic employment advice, and has experience assisting clients in managing employment disputes in the Federal Court, Federal Circuit Court and Fair Work Commission.
