Quynh Anh advises national and international companies, institutions and financial investors on acquisitions, divestitures and restructurings as well as general corporate law and compliance.
Prior to joining Ashurst, Quynh Anh worked for the Singapore office of a German corporate law firm and gained experience in M&A transactions in the Asian market.
