Thomas has worked in our global loans practice in our London, New York and Paris offices. He advises a range of banks, funds, private equity houses and corporate clients on international debt finance solutions. Thomas has particular experience of corporate lending, including in emerging markets, and of lending to insurers. Thomas also has extensive experience of advising on strategic bank sector transactions, including loan portfolio disposals and acquisitions.
Thomas is qualified in England and Wales.
