William Fuchsman

William advises financial institutions, investment funds, and companies on the U.S. tax aspects of financing, capital markets, and investment transactions.

Prior to joining Ashurst, William worked in the corporate tax department at Colgate-Palmolive Company, where he focused on US federal and international tax planning and also worked for PwC in the Mergers and Acquisitions tax practice.

William is admitted to the New York State Bar.
