Ashurst has advised Bpifrance and La Banque Postale on a non-recourse refinancing in favor of Helexia for a portfolio of 350 operating rooftop solar PV located in France, Italy, Portugal and Spain. The facility is structured as incremental and includes energy efficiency projects as well as more geographies (Belgium, Hungary, Romania and Poland).
Acquired by listed company Voltalia in 2019, Helexia is specialised in solar roofing and energy efficiency solutions.
