Ashurst advises on recommended acquisition of Osirium Technologies by SailPoint

Global law firm Ashurst is advising finnCap on the recommended cash acquisition of Osirium Technologies plc by SailPoint, a Thoma Bravo portfolio company.
Osirium is a UK-based cybersecurity provider and SaaS vendor delivering privileged access management, privileged endpoint management and IT process automation solutions. Osirium was admitted to AIM in 2016.
SailPoint is a leading provider of enterprise identity security, with over 2,200 customers including 48% of the Fortune 500, and over 2,400 employees worldwide. In 2022, SailPoint was acquired by Thoma Bravo, one of the largest private equity firms in the world, with more than US$127 billion in assets under management.
