Ashurst expands footprint in tech with technology M&A specialist hire

    Global law firm Ashurst announces the appointment of tech M&A specialist Chris Grey as partner in the corporate practice, based in London, as the firm accelerates the growth of its technology focused offering. Chris will join Ashurst in early 2024.

    Chris has built a practice advising clients on major M&A transactions in the technology and digital infrastructure sectors. He advises companies at all stages of growth and investors on complex and cross-border M&A, financings, joint ventures and corporate governance matters.

    He has extensive experience in the UK and France working with companies, boards, and investors, on their most impactful transactions, focusing on developing clear and innovative solutions that help enhance and realise value.

    Chris joins from Clifford Chance in London, prior to which he was with Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier in Paris.
