Ashurst advised the lenders on an expansion financing for Sanecum Gruppe GmbH, an operator of multidisciplinary medical care centres. As part of this expansion financing, Deutsche Bank AG has provided Sanecum Gruppe GmbH with a further acquisition facility to enable further acquisitions and investments by the group and to support the group's growth strategy.
